This page explains the correct contact path for different types of inquiries related to AfterOmegle.
AfterOmegle is a small independent team, so using the right channel helps us review safety concerns, legal requests, copyright notices, media inquiries, and platform feedback more effectively.
For in-chat safety issues, the fastest and most useful option is usually the in-app report button because it can be reviewed with relevant session-level safety signals that may not be available through email.
| What you need | Contact |
|---|---|
| In-chat issue | Report button in app |
| Abuse (outside app) | [email protected] |
| Legal / law enforcement | [email protected] |
| DMCA / copyright | [email protected] |
| Press / media | [email protected] |
| General feedback | [email protected] |
In-App Safety Reports
If something unsafe happens during an active chat, use the Report button inside the chat experience.
This is the fastest and most effective way to flag harmful behavior because in-app reports may include relevant safety context that helps us review abuse, repeated misuse, spam, or policy violations more accurately.
Use the in-app report button for:
- nudity or sexually explicit behavior
- harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech
- scam attempts or suspicious links
- spam or bot behavior
- blackmail or recording threats
- impersonation
- minor safety concerns
- any other in-chat conduct violation
If a conversation makes you uncomfortable, end the chat immediately. You do not need to continue any interaction that feels unsafe.
For more details about what is allowed and how safety issues are handled, please review our Community Guidelines and Trust and Safety page.
Abuse Reports Outside the App
If you were unable to report during the chat, or if you need to follow up on a serious safety concern after the fact, contact us at: [email protected]
When sending an abuse report, include:
- a brief description of what happened
- the approximate date and time
- the type of violation
- any relevant non-sensitive details
Please do not include unnecessary personal information, private images, government IDs, passwords, OTPs, payment details, or unrelated screenshots.
If you believe someone is in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency services or the appropriate authority in your region. Do not wait for an email response.
Legal and Compliance
For legal notices, regulatory inquiries, law enforcement requests, subpoenas, and compliance-related correspondence, contact: [email protected]
Please include:
- your name and organization
- your jurisdiction
- the nature of the request
- any relevant case, reference, or legal process number
- sufficient information for us to understand and review the request
We review valid legal process and compliance requests as required by applicable law.
DMCA and Copyright
To submit a DMCA takedown notice or report copyright infringement, contact: [email protected]
A complete copyright notice should include:
- a description of the copyrighted work
- the URL or location of the allegedly infringing content
- your name and contact information
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate
- your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete notices may take longer to review or may not be processed.
Press and Media
For press inquiries, interview requests, partnership proposals, and media-related questions, contact: [email protected]
Please include:
- your name
- your publication, company, or organization
- your deadline, if applicable
- a brief description of what you are working on

For background information, brand details, or media resources, please visit our Press page.
General Platform Feedback
For product feedback, feature suggestions, bug reports, or non-urgent platform questions, contact: [email protected]
Please keep your message brief and specific. We may not be able to reply to every general inquiry, but feedback can help us improve AfterOmegle over time.
Do not use this address for urgent safety issues, legal requests, law enforcement requests, or copyright notices. Use the correct dedicated channel listed above.
What We Cannot Help With by Email
To set clear expectations, AfterOmegle may not be able to help with:
- account recovery, because AfterOmegle does not require traditional user accounts
- chat log retrieval, because random chat conversations are not designed to be stored for general access
- identifying a stranger from a past chat
- recovering skipped or ended conversations
- tracing users for personal reasons
- general troubleshooting that is already answered in the FAQ
For common questions, please check our FAQ, Safety page, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
Important Safety Note
AfterOmegle email channels are not emergency services.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority in your region immediately.
Contact FAQ
Common questions about reaching AfterOmegle.
Use the report button inside the chat. In-app reports can be reviewed with session-level safety signals not available through email, making them faster and more actionable than email reports.
Email [email protected] with a brief description of what happened, the approximate date and time, and the type of violation. Do not include unnecessary personal information.
AfterOmegle is a small independent team. We prioritize safety and legal requests. General feedback may not receive a reply, but it is read and can influence how we improve the platform.
AfterOmegle generally cannot help with identifying a stranger from a previous conversation, retrieving chat logs, or tracing users for personal reasons. If you have a serious safety concern, contact local law enforcement.
Send DMCA and copyright notices to [email protected]. Include a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your signature.
